Here’s my surprise to myself and the world!  I’m using that fabric I bought last weekend in conjunction with a denim jacket (now vest) from goodwill and some spikes from www.studsandspikes.com (lol)

I’ll be sewing on the fabric this weekend and attaching the kitten print fabric to the pocket covers and painting the buttons black.

I’ll also attempt to distress the denim a little bit, tastefully…
